Settled, Not Settling
Last week, I shared a personal reflection about turning 35—and how even though my life doesn't “look” the way I imagined it might on the outside, I've refused to settle for anything less than a life of deep alignment and integrity on the inside.
But here's the irony I realized this week:
While I refuse to settle for anything externally that isn't aligned...
What's the #1 skill that's made this possible???→ Learning how to SETTLE deeply within myself.
Yes, you read that correctly. (ha!)
The practice of settling inwardly is actually what allows me to connect with the wisdom of my body, access discernment, and make choices I feel grounded and confident in.It's how I've built a life I'm proud to stand behind—not fueled by reactivity, old patterns, or emotional overwhelm, but rooted in clarity, calm, and truth.
One of the most powerful tools I use to support this inner settling is called Sensation Tracking—a practice of separating emotional charge from the neutral sensations in the body.
It helps bring me back to center, and I want to share that tool with you.
I recorded a short Sensation Tracking Audio you can use anytime you're feeling unsettled, disconnected, or reactive. So you can practice this skill and begin building your own capacity to settle inside yourself—no matter what's happening on the outside.

And let me know how it goes!
