Creating a Culture of Seeing

Of the three pillars of the See And Be Seen Club (The S.A.B.S. Club): see yourself, see another, be seen—it’s being seen that tends to feel the most vulnerable. The most edgy. The most terrifying.

But why is that?

How is it that something so essential—this deep human longing to be seen, known, and valued—is also the thing we fear most?

And what actually happens when we do let ourselves be fully seen?

Speaking from experience: it’s scary.
For reasons I know you know.
And perhaps for reasons you don’t.

For example, I didn’t realize that when you’re truly seen in your truth…everything changes.

When you're lined up with your essence—rooted in who you are underneath the noise, the expectations, the shoulds—and you allow that version of yourself to be witnessed…life starts to rearrange itself around you.

The people you attract, the opportunities that land, the relationships you’re in…all begin to reflect the real you.

And what’s not in alignment? Get ready for that sh*t to fall away.

Your internal world transforms too.

The tracks that play in your head—your thoughts, self-perceptions, and beliefs—begin to shift. You start to move through the world with more confidence, more clarity, and deeper conviction in who you are and what you're here to do.

Being seen unlocks new levels of freedom, creativity, and impact and expands your presence, your perspective, and your power.

So I’ll say it again: Being seen changes everything.

 And yes—change can be scary.
It can be painful.

But not as painful as staying small.
Not as painful as remaining unseen.

This is the mission I’m on, friends.

With The S.A.B.S. Club, and with all the work I do with 1:1 clients, teams, and communities:

I want to create a Culture of Seeing.
One where people feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
One where we affirm each other’s inner value.
One where we reflect each other’s truth—and magnify each other’s potential.

Thank you for already being a part of this journey.
Please stay for the ride.
It’s so deeply needed.

With love,

Dayna
